1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:
We do not accept returns of items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, washing mistakes, or improper handling.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Seasonal costumes (e.g., Halloween outfits)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the fault is from our side.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Product defects

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges depend on the availability of stock.
If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


6. Return Shipping

  • If a prepaid return label is issued, the cost may be deducted from your refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
