3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Selected shipping method

We sometimes run free-shipping promotions for USA/UK/Europe customers.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the USA) may be subject to:

These fees are the customer’s responsibility, as every country has different tax rules.

VenusRealm does not control or calculate these charges.


6. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

VenusRealm is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to an incorrect address
  • Lost or returned packages
  • Additional reshipping fees

If a package returns due to incorrect details, reshipping charges apply.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is:

Check with neighbors, building reception, or your local post office.

✔ Lost during transit

We will help you file a claim and resolve the issue.

Packages may be delayed due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


9. Pre-Order Items

Some seasonal fashion items may be listed as pre-order.

Pre-order items will ship on the estimated date mentioned on the product page.
